The Restaurant

In 1990, Patricia and Michel decided to treat the restaurant side with the importance it deserved.

"Good eating" had to be associated with the Auberge.

So they invested in a restaurant and kitchen capable of giving their Auberge the "fine food" label.

DINNER'S READY!

"To eat well..." all you have to do is select your menu from the "à la carte", try the menu of the day, or enjoy the seasonal gastronomic menu.

Today the kitchen has become a real hive of activity, buzzing with comings and goings between the three restaurant rooms.

Michel, the one-man band known simply as "Chef", reigns supreme over his kingdom with its thousand fragrances. And Patricia keeps a firm grip on the organisational side.

As many products as possible are prepared "in house" during "quiet" times: from the aperitifs bottled in the cellar to the desserts ornamenting the trolley, via the breakfast jams and the savouries and ice-creams enjoyed in the lounge.

This means a guarantee of total quality, with original tastes and authentic flavours.
