The Taverne de la Fermette |

In a very "country" décor, with an immense oak bar and furniture carved in the same wood, clients of the Auberge, or passing guests, can enjoy the pleasure of relaxing on the wide south-facing terrace and trying our local or regional home-made produce just a few metres from one of Belgium's finest viewpoints.

Catering and tastingsThis brasserie, which was opened in July 2001, quickly earned all the success Michel and his team had hoped for. On fine summer days, it's thronged by guests no doubt attracted by the mouth-watering menu with its pancakes and farmhouse ice-creams alongside "Auberge style" dishes. The late autumn game menu is continually growing in popularity, as is "Rochiflette", the local version of "tartiflette", here based on "Patachouffe" cheese. These great dishes can be washed down with drinks of all kinds including Cuvée de Rochehaut and the wines selected by the Auberge. |
