Meals ready for you to enjoy


If you're staying in the gîtes or the chalets, you can enjoy the catering provided by the Auberge de la Ferme. Here are a few straightforward suggestions:

Breakfast:

A buffet of pains au chocolat, croissants, bread rolls, cold meats, cheeses, jams, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, orange juice, etc., for 11 EUR per person.

Packed Lunch:

3 bread rolls filled with your choice of ham, paté or cheese, one piece of fruit, one dessert, and half a litre of milk, for 9 EUR per person.

Aperitif and tastings:

The Apéritif  de la Ferme  and hot and cold tastings served in the Auberge  cellars with a tasting of freshly carved Ardennes ham (maison) at 8 EUR  per person.

A cold meat buffet based on game
(smoked haunch of wild boar, rillettes of pheasant, peacock terrine, terrine of venison, onion confit, crudités)

Farmhouse Cream Soup with a duxelle of baby vegetables

Free range piglet from the Rochehaut  home farm, grilled over a wood fire, in the style of the Auberge, Terra  Nostra  jacket potatoes, and a selection of vegetables

Our buffet is made up of river trout bellevue, Chabotais trout rillettes, prawn salad, smoked fish platter, Mulard duck platter (foie gras, smoked breast, rillettes of duck, stuffed neck), Limousin beef loin, grilled farmhouse piglet chops, smoked haunch of wild boar, game paté, salad, crudités, noodles and potato, assortment of cheeses, and assortment of home-made desserts.
