At the entrance to Rochehaut, on the right as you enter the village, are three apartment buildings that were constructed in 2006.

Some of these have been made available to members of staff of the Auberge de la Ferme. Other studios, also suitable for two persons, can be rented out annually, unfurnished, as first or second homes. They consist of a bedroom, a hall, a bathroom, a toilet, a dining room and a fitted kitchen. At the front there is a parking space for each studio, whereas at the back all the residents share an unsurpassable view of the Bochet Valley, its wide fields where the Limousin cattle graze and the woodlands close by.
